  Bad customer service. Very pricey too. I tried to give them a chance even though I read the other reviews because I live so close and wanted to support local but never again. Lost my paperwork within 5 minutes of giving it to them and it went downhill from there.

  Great customer service. A nice selection of glasses. My exam was thorough and professional. I highly recommend this location. I have been to several eye stores in the area and this is by far the most professional.
